Terms of Service - ApplyFastAI

1. Service Description

ApplyFastAI is a job application automation service. We help users apply to job positions automatically by submitting applications on their behalf with personalized cover letters. Our service is designed to streamline the job search process while maintaining quality and user control.

2. No Employment Guarantee

ApplyFastAI does not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcome. The success of your job search depends on many factors including your qualifications, experience, work history, market conditions, employer preferences, and other factors beyond our control. We provide a service to automate the application process, but we cannot control hiring decisions made by employers.

3. Application Volume

Application volume is based on job matching quality, not your plan limits. Your plan sets a maximum number of applications we'll submit per month (Free Trial: 3 lifetime, Starter: 25, Pro: 55, Premium: 200). The actual number of applications may be fewer based on available job matches that fit your criteria. We prioritize quality over quantity.

4. User Responsibility for Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide (resume, credentials, preferences) is accurate, current, and truthful. ApplyFastAI will use this information to create applications on your behalf. Any inaccuracies or false information in your profile may result in rejected applications or damaged professional reputation.

5. User Responsible for Employer Communications

You are responsible for all communication with employers, including responding to interview requests, emails, and phone calls. ApplyFastAI only submits applications and does not manage employer communications. Failure to respond to employers may result in missed opportunities.

6. Credential Security and Access

Your credentials and personal information are encrypted with AES-256 encryption. However, by using ApplyFastAI, you acknowledge that you are providing us access to your job board accounts and personal information. We use this access only to apply on your behalf. You assume the risk associated with granting automated access to your accounts.

7. Job Board Terms

You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc.) that ApplyFastAI uses on your behalf. Some job boards may prohibit automated applications. ApplyFastAI is not responsible for violations of third-party terms of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPLYFASTAI AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST WAGES, LOST OPPORTUNITY, OR LOST EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Automated Applications and Errors

Automated systems can fail or make mistakes. ApplyFastAI may fail to apply to a job, submit incomplete applications, or create errors in applications. While we work to minimize these issues, you assume the risk of automated job applications. You should monitor your job board accounts and flagged queue regularly.

10. Right to Terminate

ApplyFastAI reserves the right to terminate service to any user who violates these terms, misuses the service, or engages in prohibited conduct. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with notice.

11. User Assumes Responsibility

By using ApplyFastAI, you acknowledge and agree that you understand the risks of automated job applications. You assume full responsibility for your job search, employment decisions, and any consequences arising from using this service.

12. Subscription and Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

13. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of all your data, applications, and credentials at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We will delete your information within 30 days of your request.
